How it works
We sell premium .GE domains, clearly priced and professionally handled
People meet your company's name before they meet your company. A direct, clear .GE domain gives a brand a strong start and keeps working in every conversation for as long as the brand exists (sometimes even longer).
The basics
What buying a domain means
A domain is your business's address on the internet: the name people type to reach your website (and the part of your professional email after the @).
A domain nobody holds yet is registered through any accredited registrar, for a yearly fee of ~50 ₾ for a .GE. A domain that's already registered can't be registered to anyone else, just as one phone number can't belong to two subscribers. The only way to get a taken domain is to buy it from its holder.
That's what our catalogue holds: registered premium names, selected for their quality, for many lines of business.
The .GE zone
71,360 domains already registered directly under .GE
38,480
were registered in July 2019.
+85%
growth in registered domains over 7 years.
If your new brand needs its own .GE, that's more than 71,000 domains you can no longer simply register.

Is it worth it
Do you need a premium domain?
Not always.
If you find a free domain that's clear and right for your brand, register it right away: it costs only ~50 ₾ a year, no one else can take it, and you might even sell it one day.
Sometimes, yes.
Buying a premium domain can be worth it when the name you want is already registered, or when the free domains left are weaker than the brand you're building.
How buying works
- 1
Submit a request
Tell us the buyer's details and where to send the documents. (A request does not reserve the domain.)
- 2
Receive the documents
The purchase agreement and a proforma invoice arrive by email from Premium Names LLC.
- 3
Sign and pay
Once the contract is signed, the domain comes off the site and is held for you. Payment is due within 2 business days.
- 4
Take ownership
After payment, we help you move the domain to your registrar.
Cancel any time for a full refund.
The purchase is final, and the premium domain is yours.
Questions
What buyers ask
Best.GE is a curated collection of premium .GE domains for businesses building new brands. We select every name in the catalog, and each one has a fixed price.
From Best.GE. We select, price, and sell every domain in the catalog, and the same team stays in touch with you from your purchase request to the transfer.
Its qualities, not just a high price. A premium domain is a dictionary word or a well-known term: short, easy to spell and pronounce, and credible for more than one kind of business. Each domain's page lists the qualities that make it a strong name.
You can, but in every country the strong names were taken long ago. A registrar can sell you any name nobody holds yet, but short, common words are rarely still free. We sell names that are already registered, chosen for their quality, at a fixed price, and transfer them fully into your name.
No. This is a shop, not a marketplace: every price is set by the Best.GE team, and no buyer pays more for haggling less. The listed price is final, not an opening offer.
The domain itself, transferred into your name at the registrar you choose. Hosting, email, a website, a trademark, and anything else aren't included; you set those up once the domain is yours.
Any individual or legal entity, in Georgia or abroad. The .GE registry gives residents and non-residents the same right to hold .GE domains. Tell us in your purchase request who the buyer is, and we'll prepare the purchase agreement and invoice in their name.
No. The domain is reserved for you from the moment you sign the agreement until the payment deadline (two business days after signing). Until then it stays on sale. If several requests come in, they're handled in the order received: priority goes to the earliest request whose buyer goes on to sign the agreement.
We contact you within 1 business day, and the purchase agreement and proforma invoice arrive at the email you provided.
The reservation is canceled and the domain goes back on sale. You can submit a new request.
By bank transfer to our company's account, against the invoice that comes with the agreement, within two business days of signing. Buyers in Georgia are invoiced in GEL, at the National Bank of Georgia's official rate on the date of the purchase request; buyers abroad are invoiced in USD.
As soon as your payment arrives, we send you the transfer code, one per domain. You use it at your registrar to transfer the domain into your name. How quickly that goes depends on your registrar.
Every domain we sell transfers from domenebi.ge, our preferred registrar, so if you have a domenebi.ge account, the transfer stays within one registrar and goes faster. Any accredited .GE registrar will do, though.
If you need help, our team will assist you with the transfer.
Only the yearly renewal fee, which you pay to your registrar, not to us. At most registrars, renewing a .GE domain costs about 50 ₾ a year, and a two-letter .GE domain 900 ₾ a year.
No. A domain is an address; a trademark is a separate right, registered for specific countries and specific goods and services. In Georgia, trademarks are registered by Sakpatenti. Before you build a brand on a name, search the trademark registers in your field or consult a legal advisor. We don't register trademarks for domain buyers.
Yes, any time before the domain is transferred, with a full refund. Once the transfer is complete, the purchase is final.
No. A sold domain is permanently removed from our site, and the purchase agreement is confidential.
